Kansas City, MO - March 2, 2010. Results from the Reunion Committee meeting in December proved to be inconclusive. To date, no news about where or when the 30th year reunion will be held in 2011. As soon as we have news to report, the details will be posted here.*** No new news yet to report about the next reunion. Another meeting by the Committee will be held in the Winter which should yield a date, time and location.

Kansas City, MO - December 7, 2009. A couple more photos from my recent trip to Simsbury have been added. For anyone that is homesick and can’t get to town, perhaps this will quell your wish to see some of the familiar sights in town.
Atlanta, GA - November 10, 2009. Former classmate John Welch (aka JW) passed away recently in Atlanta, GA after a long fight with Cancer. He leaves a daughter. At present these are the only details that I can report. Here is his Obituary from the Pensacola News Journal. And the Obituary from the Birmingham News. Since JW and I were personal friends during high school and for a couple of years afterward, I just wanted to say that people will always remember him for being a low key guy with an east going personality. And he could hold his beer with the best of them. :-)
Manchester, CT - October 27, 2009. Former classmate Kurt Schnabel passed away on October 19 at a nursing facility in Manchester. Here is his obituary in the Hartford Courant.
Simsbury CT - October 27, 2009. The Class of 1981 Reunion Committee has announced their will be a meeting in December to discuss the 30th year reunion which is planned for the Summer of 2011. We’ll provide detailed information about the time and place when it becomes available.

Brewster, MA- January 14, 2009. Another well known classmate has passed away. Noreen O’Loughlin died at a Cape Cod hospital on this date, after a nine year battle with a degenerative brain disease. You may read the entire obituary in the Hartford Courant.
Granby, CT - September 1, 2008. Former classmate Jim Brunoli passed away September 1, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Jim was 45 years old. You may read the entire obituary in the Hartford Courant.
